Welcome to India! Upon your arrival at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and privately transferred to your hotel. The remainder of your day is at leisure to relax and recover from your journey.
Overnight at The South Gate Hotel (or similar).
After an early breakfast, transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to Jabalpur. On arrival, your naturalist and driver will meet you for the scenic drive (approximately 4 hours) to Bandhavgarh National Park. Check into your jungle lodge, nestled on the park’s edge.
Bandhavgarh, with its dramatic landscape of forested hills and ancient fort ruins, boasts one of the highest densities of tigers in India. The rest of your day is free to soak in the sounds and sights of the jungle.

Your tiger trail begins before sunrise. Embark on your first thrilling game drive as the jungle awakens. The crisp morning air offers the best chance to see not only the tiger but also a wealth of other wildlife, including leopards, deer, and a spectacular variety of birdlife. Return to your lodge for a well-earned breakfast.
In the afternoon, venture back into the park for a second game drive, exploring a different zone as the light softens and the forest reveals new secrets.

Enjoy one final morning game drive in Bandhavgarh, a last opportunity to capture that perfect sighting. After breakfast, we commence the picturesque road journey (approximately 6 hours) to the legendary Kanha National Park.
Kanha’s sprawling meadows and dense sal forests form a breathtakingly beautiful landscape. It is a critical conservation success story and is famously credited as the inspiration for Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book. Upon arrival, check into your resort.
Overnight at Tuli Tiger Resort (or similar). (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Experience the magic of Kanha with morning and afternoon game drives. While the tiger is still the star, Kanha is also the best place to spot the hard-ground barasingha (swamp deer), a species brought back from the brink of extinction. Keep your eyes peeled for the vibrant birdlife and the playful langur monkeys that call this forest home.
Overnight at Tuli Tiger Resort (or similar). (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After a final breakfast in the wilderness, drive to Nagpur Airport (approximately 6 hours) for your flight to Delhi. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

This morning, you will be transferred to Delhi’s international airport for your onward flight, filled with memories of the incredible Indian wilderness.

- The quote is in Australian dollars and is worked out based on the minimum pax travelling in the group, as mentioned in the cost grid above.
- In the event of a particular hotel not being available, we will make an alternate arrangement that will be similar to or higher than the quoted hotel.
- The price in AUD reflects current exchange rates and prevailing ground realities. In the event of significant fluctuations (i.e., beyond ±5%) in currency or operating costs, we reserve the right to revise the quote, provided the tour has not yet been booked and paid for in full.
- The cost is based on currently applicable taxes and tariffs. Should these change due to factors beyond our control, we will revise the pricing accordingly to reflect the new reality.
- Once the tour gets booked, we need the full name along with the date of birth of the guests to secure the accommodation.
- It is strongly recommended to buy comprehensive travel insurance, which includes trip cancellation/disruption situations as well.

We are not seasoned international travellers. It took several days to feel comfortable in the tour due to the invasion of all our senses in Delhi and the Golden Triangle, but as we moved to the South, our comfort level increased significantly, and we began to really enjoy the tour, and we immersed ourselves in all activities. The hill country on Kerala is simply gorgeous and the people were gentle. Overall, thanks for an amazing tour, David.
