Our Story
A Decade of Discovery with David
Davids Tours was born from a simple idea: to share the India I know and love. My deep connection with India began over a decade ago. For seven years, starting in 2010, I worked extensively across the country, which included two years living in Gurugram. This wasn’t a brief visit; it was true immersion. During this time, I travelled extensively, visiting, at least 12 Indian states, building relationships, interacting with people working in government and private sectors, and gaining an authentic, on-the-ground perspective that typical tour operators simply don’t have.
That first-hand experience is what sets us apart. I don’t just know the landmarks; I understand the rhythm of life here. When I started this agency, I wanted to move beyond standard itineraries to create the kind of unique, small-group tours I would want to take myself.
From general sightseeing to specialized photography, food, and wellness tours, I’ve personally led groups through both northern and southern India, as well as Nepal. My goal is always the same: to craft journeys that are safe, fun, and deeply memorable. We travel in comfort, staying in beautiful heritage hotels and using new vehicles with expert drivers, but the real magic is in the authentic experiences we share.
